    Brief & scope

    A short call to lock the goal, audience, format, deadline and budget. You get a written scope before anything starts, so there are no surprises later.

    Pre-production

    Script, storyboard, shot list and schedule. You approve the plan before we shoot a single frame or open a timeline.

  3. 03

    Capture & collection

    We film what's needed, or you hand over existing footage, stills and brand assets through a shared folder. One place, clearly organised.

  4. 04

    Edit & post

    Assembly, colour, sound, motion graphics and captions. Two revision rounds are included, so the cut lands exactly the way you need it.

  5. 05

    Formatting & delivery

    Master files plus per-platform versions — vertical, square and wide — captioned, correctly named and ready for you to publish.

Turnaround
Most projects deliver in 2–4 weeks. Rush schedules on request.
Revisions
Two rounds included per project; extra rounds billed hourly.
Deliverables
MP4/MOV masters, platform cuts, SRT captions and thumbnails.
You provide
Brand assets, any existing footage or logins, and sign-off at each stage.

Payment
50% to book the slot, the balance on final delivery.
Questions
Do you write scripts, or only edit?

Both. We can take a project from a blank page — script, storyboard, shoot — or step in only at the edit if the footage already exists.

Can you work from footage we already have?

Yes. Send what you've shot and we'll assemble, colour, mix and finish it into a delivered piece.

Do you publish or run ads for us?

No. Our work ends at delivery — we produce, edit and format the files, and you or your team publish and distribute them.

How many platform versions do we get?

As many as your package covers — typically a wide master plus vertical and square cuts, each captioned and correctly named.

What if the deadline is tight?

Tell us up front. Rush schedules are possible depending on scope; we'll confirm what's realistic before you commit.
