We work with companies and organizations that need presentation videos, edited and assembled visual content, educational and informational video, and finished media formatted for the platforms they publish on.

1. How to reach us

You can start a project or ask a question using the form below, or by writing to us directly at the email address listed at the end of this page. During intake hours we aim to respond within one business day. Our intake hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Eastern Time. Messages received outside those hours are answered on the next business day.

2. What to include in your message

The more context you share, the faster we can give you an accurate scope and price. Where possible, please tell us what kind of video you need, the footage or materials you already have, the platforms where the finished video will be published, any deadline you are working toward, and the approximate budget range you have in mind. If you have references or examples of a style you like, include those as well.

3. What happens next

After we receive your message, we review it and reply with either a clarifying question or a written proposal. The proposal sets out the deliverables, the number of revision rounds, the timeline, and a fixed price. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any required deposit is paid. From there, your project moves through our four passes: brief and intake, rough assembly, finish pass, and format and delivery.

4. Scope of what we do

Our services are production- and editing-focused. We produce and edit video and prepare finished media for publication, but we do not broadcast, distribute, license, or operate streaming platforms on your behalf. Once we deliver your finished files, publishing and distribution are handled entirely by you.
