Delivery Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This Delivery Policy describes how Myrelix Korvique Studio ("the Studio", "we", "us", or "our") delivers finished video and media files to clients. Our services are digital and service-based: we do not ship physical goods, and we do not broadcast, distribute, license, or publish media on your behalf. "Delivery" means making the agreed final files available to you in a usable digital format.

1. What we deliver

We deliver the final files defined in your accepted proposal. Depending on the project, this may include a master file, platform-specific versions, alternate aspect ratios, caption files, and any additional formats agreed in advance. The exact deliverables, codecs, resolutions, and number of versions are set out in the proposal for your project.

2. How files are delivered

Final files are delivered digitally through a secure download link or a shared cloud folder. We will notify you when files are ready and provide access instructions. It is your responsibility to download and store your files promptly and to keep any access links confidential. We recommend that you save your own backup copies once files are received.

3. Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery dates are stated in your proposal and are scheduled in good faith. Timelines depend on the timely delivery of your materials, feedback, and approvals. Where input is delayed, delivery dates will shift accordingly. If we anticipate a delay on our side, we will inform you as early as practicable and provide a revised estimate.

4. Review and acceptance

Draft versions are delivered for review during the revision rounds included in your project. Once you approve a deliverable as final, it is prepared for delivery in the agreed formats. Final approval indicates that the deliverable meets the agreed brief and releases the project for delivery.

5. File retention and re-delivery

We retain final delivered files for a limited period after delivery so that we can re-share them if you lose access. After that period, files may be archived or removed in line with our retention practices unless a longer retention arrangement has been agreed in writing. If you need files re-delivered after they have been archived or removed, a retrieval or reproduction fee may apply, and retrieval cannot be guaranteed once files have been deleted.

6. Formats and compatibility

We deliver files in the formats agreed for your project and optimized for the intended destinations. You are responsible for confirming that the requested formats meet the requirements of any platform on which you intend to publish. If a platform later changes its technical requirements, adapting existing deliverables to new specifications is treated as new work and quoted separately.

7. Failed or incomplete downloads

If a download link fails, expires, or a file appears incomplete, contact us using the details below and we will re-issue access. We are not responsible for issues caused by your local network, storage limitations, or software incompatibilities on your side, but we will assist where we reasonably can.

8. Ownership on delivery

Ownership and usage rights in delivered files are governed by our Terms and Conditions and Intellectual Property Policy, and by your accepted proposal. In general, rights transfer on full payment. Delivery of files does not by itself transfer any rights in third-party or licensed assets beyond the scope of their underlying licenses.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time. The version in effect when you accept a proposal governs that engagement. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
